I don't use a "one size fits all" approach. Although these type of strategies might work for some families, other families need an individualized assessment and treatment plan that align with your parenting values and the specific needs of your child.

Tina Hanson, MS, BCBA, IMH‑E® is the owner of Sleep Play Calm and Access Behavior Trainings and has worked in the behavioral health field for 25+ years, Tina specializes in helping families understand and improve their child’s sleep and behavior.
Since shifting her focus exclusively to early intervention in 2019, Tina has become known for her compassionate, evidence‑based approach to pediatric sleep. She believes that restful sleep is a foundational need for both children and their caregivers, and she partners closely with families to create individualized, developmentally appropriate sleep plans. Her work includes assessing sleep challenges, identifying medical red flags, and guiding families in collaborating with their pediatricians when needed.
Tina’s clinical background includes extensive training in infant mental health, autism, ADHD, naturalistic developmental behavioral interventions, trauma‑informed care, sensory processing, and parent‑child attachment. She is endorsed as an Infant Family Specialist through the Colorado Association for Infant Mental Health.
Outside of work, Tina enjoys time with her teenage twins and husband, walking her dog Ruby while listening to podcasts, hiking, skiing, golfing, and playing pickleball.
