My Approach
I don’t use a “one‑size‑fits‑all” approach. While these types of strategies might work well for some families, others need an individualized assessment and treatment plan that aligns with their parenting values and their child’s unique needs.

She believes that restful sleep is a foundational need for both children and their caregivers, and she partners closely with families to create individualized, developmentally appropriate sleep plans. Her work includes assessing sleep challenges, identifying medical red flags, and guiding families in collaborating with their pediatricians when needed.
Tina’s clinical background includes extensive training in infant mental health, autism, ADHD, naturalistic developmental behavioral interventions, trauma‑informed care, sensory processing, and parent‑child attachment. She is endorsed as an Infant Family Specialist through the Colorado Association for Infant Mental Health.
When Tina isn’t sleeping or working, she enjoys spending time with her teenage twins and husband, walking her dog, listening to podcasts, hiking, skiing, golfing, and playing pickleball!
